How units work
Units count API calls on the paid plans. One unit is one validated transaction; translate and normalize don't use units. Enrichment counts as five. On Starter and Growth, calls past your monthly units keep working. The overage is billed at the end of the cycle, per 1,000 units started: $20 on Starter, $10 on Growth. An owner can turn on a cap at 150% of the monthly units (7,500 on Starter, 75,000 on Growth); at the cap, calls return 429 until the next month starts (UTC).

What does Free include?
A free account. With it you check your own transactions, 10 a day, and run a diagnostic of your fee report. The API and the docs come with the paid plans.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. An owner or admin of your organization changes or cancels the plan on the Billing page of the dashboard. For more than 50,000 units a month, talk to us about Enterprise.
